Dr Bongiwe Sishi obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) in 2015. She was a medical intern from 2016 to 2017, after which she worked as a medical officer in paediatrics. She is training in General Paediatrics under the African Paediatric Fellowship Programme at the University of Kwazulu-Natal.
