Dr Stella Maleni holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree from Mbarara University of Science and Technology obtained in Uganda in 2010, and a Master of Medicine in Paediatrics and Child Health from Makerere University College of Health Sciences. She works as a General Paediatrician at Kawempe National Referral Hospital. She is currently training in Paediatric Critical Care under the African Paediatric Fellowship Programme at the University of Kwazulu-Natal.
